Although looking weak, the protoss are much more stronger, agile and faster than humans, with their thin limbs that hide immensly strong muscle tissue. The protoss skin varies from one protoss to another, therefore contributing to diversification of their race. The protoss stand taller than the average human male, usually growing 3 meters tall. They have disctintive shoulder bones that stand up, rather than growing together with arm bones. They have twisted knees, like ancient dinosaurs, maybe contributing to their agility and speed. A protoss has no disctintive facial features, that means that they have no nose nor mouth, but they still can comunicate. They have big eyes, usually gold or blue, and they have prominent forhead bone, possibly used to shield theire eyes, due to heavy sand storms on their homeworld. Instead of hair, they grow a patterned tissue that resembles hair, but has no purpose whatsoever. They also grow an offset at the back of their heads, which they use to telepathicaly comunicate between each other. Since the protoss have no mouth, they take the food through their skin, and they drink the water through theire palms. While a protoss is getting prepared to drink water, its palms turn into a sponge like tissue, therefore allowing the protoss to take in the water. The protoss use every single atom of food and drink, so they do not produce any bodily waste, because they do not have the propper anatomy to dilsodge that waste. The protoss are naturally psychic race, therefore they have amplified telekinetc, telepathic and empathic powers, making them excellent hunters. Theire average lifespawn is about 1200 years. The elderly protoss start to flake off their skin, and they are called the "elders". An average protoss female delivers 3 to 5 babies per mating, but due to high infant mortallity rate, not many survive. An average protoss male usually mates 4 or 5 times throughout their entire life, because it is extraordinarily exhausting to mate for the protoss. The protoss may be recruited to the military, in which they go through an immense training. See "Protoss military positions" for more details.
